To unlock deep insights and support complex decision-making in these domains, our models must be capable of sophisticated multimodal reasoning.

The recruitment process is conducted on behalf of TCL by the Academic Partners Foundation and begins with an application via the form on our website. The departure date for Shenzhen and the start of project work is agreed upon individually with each candidate. It also depends on the visa process, which can take up to 3-4 months.
No, the program requires temporary on-site work at the TCL R&D center in Shenzhen. The employer covers transportation costs between Poland and China, including travel to Poland for holidays.
The job offer is for a full-time position - 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Participants in the program sign a contract with TCL's Chinese branch. The contract is similar to a Chinese employment contract, but with special provisions, including 20 days of annual leave, an 8-hour workday, and other benefits available to employees under the program.
